In my experience I have found that a distracting environment tends to affect the quality of the Blueprint I help you create.
The clearer your head space is and the quieter the environment, the better your Blueprint will be.

Those that got the strongest results came to the session with anyone who plays a role in their career decisions. Whether that is your partner, your spouse, or someone else whose support matters when making a significant career move.
So Plan Ahead:
✅ If you make all the career decisions independently, that is brilliant.
✅ If there is someone whose input matters when you make major career moves, bring them along too.
In my experience I have found that when key decision influencers are not present, it tends to affect the quality of the Blueprint I map for your career.
✅ When everyone who influences your career decisions is present, the better your Blueprint will be.
❌ When key decision influencers are not present, it affects the quality of the Blueprint and therefore gives me the inability to proceed with mapping your Blueprint.

I love to reserve time in my schedule specifically for those who are ready (or seriously considering) to make a strategic career move.
I understand that navigating a career transition at senior level can feel daunting, and that is completely normal.
But if you are in the middle of a particularly demanding period and not ready to focus on your career strategy, that is ok, it is part of the process.
